We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our reputable Construction Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and project execution, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage site documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and permits.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site or project engineering within the Dubai/UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Proficiency in industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. is an advantage.
