Our Client Currently looking for Share Services Accounting Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead global shared services accounting operations and oversee key financial close activities
- Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving operational excellence
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support financial reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives
- Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support finance transformation efforts, including ERP initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance accounting processes and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA, public accounting experience, and large-scale systems implementation experience are preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience
- Experience leading accounting operations, managing teams, and driving process improvements
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practices
