Requirements
- 10+ years of experience supporting, engineering, and enhancing enterprise technology platforms and business-critical systems
- Strong background in service management, operational resilience, security-related processes, and workflow automation within large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience establishing and maintaining configuration, asset, or data governance frameworks to support organizational visibility and operational effectiveness
- Proven ability to support and scale enterprise platforms across multiple business functions, geographic locations, or complex organizational structures
