Job Overview
We’re seeking a Service & Product Design Manager to lead design initiatives for complex operational tools that power the company s food operations including purchasing, planning, recipe management, and vendor integrations.
This role is a blend of strategic Service Design (20 30%) and hands-on Product/UX Design (70 80%) ideal for someone who thrives on both big-picture thinking and practical design execution.
You will play a key role in building design capability from the ground up, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to shape intuitive, impactful user experiences for enterprise-level systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Service & Product Design across a suite of digital tools.

Drive ecosystem mapping, journey design, and UX/UI solutions that enable efficient user workflows.

Translate research insights and operational data into actionable design artifacts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on problems-to-solve and feature priorities.

Mentor and coach 1 3 designers, fostering a high standard of design excellence.

Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure shared understanding and buy-in.

Create UI deliverables using Figma and maintain documentation of design decisions.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Service Design, including 1 2 years in leadership or management.

Proven experience designing for operations-heavy domains (supply chain, food tech, logistics, or inventory systems).

Strong product thinking able to balance user needs, business goals, and system constraints.

Background working on enterprise SaaS platforms or products with complex workflows.

Proficiency with Figma, journey mapping, and other service design tools.

Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, field studies).

Familiarity with ERP or enterprise systems is a plus.
