What Youll Make Happen

• Lead and grow a team of five across SEO, editorial content, digitalprogrammingand analytics.

• Own SEO strategy endtoend (technical, onpage,contentand measurement) and ensure best practice is embedded acrossclients websites.

• Be accountable for delivery quality,timelinesand client satisfaction.

• Own analytics and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, reports, insight cadence).

• Evolve and package our services; support proposals and pricing.

• Manage budgets and utilisationfor ourservices.

• Build and document scalable processes,SOPsand training across the team.
