We are seeking an experienced Senior System Verification Engineer – xSPI & DDR to verify complex SoC subsystems and system use cases focused on boot and execute-in-place (XiP) functionality. The role involves model development, software-driven verification, and system-level validation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute system-level verification strategies for xSPI and DDR subsystems.
• Verify boot flows, memory initialization, and XiP functionality.
• Create and execute software-driven verification scenarios.
• Develop and maintain UVM-based verification environments.
• Analyze system-level failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and design teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SoC/System Verification.
• Deep expertise in xSPI protocols and DDR technologies.
• Strong understanding of boot architecture and XiP use cases.
• Experience in software development within a verification environment.
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Xcelium.
• Experience debugging system-level issues across hardware and software domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded software development.
• Exposure to complex SoC memory subsystems
