Our Client  is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP and enterprise system implementation. Summary: This role is ideal for a proven project leader who has successfully managed multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through deployment and stabilization. Candidates with deep ERP implementation experience will be prioritized over general IT Project Management backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, project governance, and executive status reporting
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, and consulting teams
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to achieve project milestones and business objectives
• Support data conversion, integrations, testing, training, and organizational change management activities
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
