Job Overview
Our client in need of a Senior Project Manager. Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, adapting quickly to shifting priorities with an agile, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure project success
- Create and maintain key project artifacts including plans, user stories, checklists, timelines, budgets, and executive-level presentations
- Translate business requirements from proposals into clear technical specifications and project scope documentation
- Align technical direction with organizational standards while advocating for optimal solutions when standard approaches may not fit
- Facilitate project outcome assessments to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned
- Provide regular updates through written status reports and leadership presentations
- Support strategic planning by aligning project goals with organizational priorities and maintaining PMO processes and standards
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, including senior roles with budget oversight and cross-functional leadership
- Proven success managing large, complex IT programs and leading teams through change
- Strong project leadership skills, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and matrixed team coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Skilled in change management strategies that align people, processes, and technology with business goals
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum), governance frameworks, and change management practices
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving requirements and high levels of transformation
