Our Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation
- Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
- Facilitate leadership meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making sessions
- Prepare executive presentations, program updates, and strategic recommendations
- Support organizational change, operational readiness, and business process improvements
- Drive accountability and ensure projects deliver expected business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7+ years of project, program, or transformation management experience
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment
- Mortgage industry experience, including lending or servicing operations, is highly preferred
- Experience influencing teams and driving results without direct authority
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PMP certification is a plus
