Senior MuleSoft Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Analyst to support and manage custom API solutions, API platform management, and systems integration across the organization. This role requires a deep technical foundation, hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and strong analytical and collaboration skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for MuleSoft integrations, addressing performance and system issues.

• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and deliver long-term, sustainable solutions.

• Manage system integrations ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

• Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and user experience.

• Monitor, analyze, and remediate system incidents while maintaining operational stability.

• Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize support operations.

• Support deployments, oversee production rollouts, and create technical documentation.

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3 5+ years of experience in Integration Engineering, including at least 3 years with MuleSoft API development or support.

• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, data transformation, and flow design).

• Proficiency with Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.

• Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and monitoring tools is a plus.
