As a Senior Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, administrators, release engineers, and architects while maintaining deep technical engagement. The role requires a leader who has grown within the Salesforce ecosystem and understands how metadata-driven architecture operates at scale. Key responsibilities include delivering roadmap initiatives across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, improving CI/CD pipelines, governing release management, and ensuring platform performance and compliance. You will partner cross-functionally with architecture, integration, and identity teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives, including legacy system replacement. This position requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to bridge engineering and business stakeholders. You will also contribute to incident response, team development, and budget planning while driving continuous improvement across all aspects of Salesforce delivery.

Requirements
  • Active Salesforce certification (Platform Developer, Architect, or equivalent)
  • 7+ years of technical leadership experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development/configuration
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (Copado and Git preferred)
  • Strong understanding of source-driven deployments, automated testing, and release management
  • Experience working within metadata-driven Salesforce architecture at scale
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive sprint-level execution
  • Experience with platform governance, including API limits, code quality, and deployment stability
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interface with executive stakeholders
  • Experience in regulated environments with security and compliance considerations
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% for planning events and leadership meetings
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce AI/automation capabilities
  • Exposure to integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and identity platforms (e.g., Okta)
  • Experience with data quality initiatives and governance within Salesforce
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries
