Our Client in need of a Senior Java Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical lead for assigned business-critical applications
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to deploy and optimize applications
- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with enterprise standards
- Participate in system design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Build and maintain secure, high-quality applications and automated test coverage
- Support CI/CD practices, automation initiatives, and development process improvements
- Monitor operational risk and ensure appropriate controls are followed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and delivery practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise software solutions
- Strong Java development experience with modern application frameworks and distributed systems
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient applications
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms
- Experience with relational databases, performance optimization, and data scalability strategies
- Knowledge of caching technologies and application performance tuning
- Experience with cloud environments, container platforms, and orchestration technologies
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment
