Our Client is seeking a remote Java Developer to join their team. Summary: The main workstream this individual will be focused on is one of their management systems, as well as another team. The team is the main focus as they essentially house all the data behind every input/output and where things sit/go. They are currently in the process of retiring several systems and migrating their services over to a pricing engine to then connect to other systems. This will all be Java 21+, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Cassandra and GCP along with other tools and with a mix of ML and data. They are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, problem solver, understands AI and can critique AI code.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of java experience (21+)
- Expertise in Spring Boot
- Strong in cloud (GCP preferred)
- Ability to communicate/collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment
- Strong problem solver with a proactive approach
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and have strong business acumen
