Our Client is seeking a Senior Housing Asset Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of senior housing / healthcare real estate assets
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Manage relationships with third-party operators and internal stakeholders
- Support capital expenditure planning and tracking
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence
- Prepare reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Stay current on market, regulatory, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in asset management, real estate, financial analysis, or healthcare operations
- Strong financial and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Asset management or portfolio oversight experience within real estate, senior housing, healthcare, or related sectors
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budget review, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Working knowledge of operating statements, cash flow, and asset-level performance metrics
- Experience managing or interfacing with third-party operators, property managers, or external partners
- Ability to evaluate capital expenditures and track projects against budget and timeline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort preparing reports and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level summaries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
