Our Client Currently looking for Senior Director

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the enterprise leader for payroll strategy, performance, and governance, partnering closely with cross-functional leadership
  • Oversee payroll compliance, tax, audit, and risk management, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and strong internal controls
  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations, driving accuracy, timeliness, standardization, and continuous process improvement
  • Own payroll systems strategy, including vendor management, implementations, integrations, and optimization of automation and reporting
  • Drive centralization and scalability initiatives to support growth, efficiency, and operational consistency
  • Build and lead a high-performing payroll team through strong leadership, talent development, and performance management
Requirements
  • Experience in high-growth, complex environments, with exposure to integrations, systems, and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong background in payroll operations, compliance, and process improvement within complex, multi-state settings
  • Proven leadership experience driving accuracy, audit readiness, and scalable operations
  • Experience with payroll systems, implementations, and HRIS environments preferred
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and supporting organizational growth
