Our Client seeking a Business Analyst to support high-priority digital initiatives tied to growth and funding objectives. This role will work across Digital, Product, Operations, Marketing & Technology to translate business needs into user stories, insights, and leadership-ready deliverables. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly organized, and experienced in Agile delivery within digital product environments bringing customer facing mobile experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate meetings and stakeholder input into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and maintain JIRA backlogs and documentation in Confluence
- Support Agile ceremonies: PI planning readiness, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos
- Analyze digital performance and build dashboards (e.g. Tableau)
- Support Zoom meeting coordination, summarization and translation of notes to stories
- Measure impact using CSAT/MSAT, adoption, and growth metrics
- Create & support leadership-ready PowerPoint materials and storytelling artifacts
- Partner cross-functionally to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery
Work across a portfolio of initiatives such as:
- Customer retention and relationship deepening
- New-to-bank acquisition and storefront growth
- Digital onboarding/KYC simplification
- Digital experience and storefront redesign
- New product launches and rewards capabilities
- Emerging capabilities like merchant-funded offers and new savings products
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Business Analyst experience (banking, fintech, or another regulatory constrained digital product environment preferred)
- Strong communicator and storyteller
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
Strong experience with:
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery ceremonies
- JIRA (user stories, backlog management)
- Confluence (documentation)
- Tableau (reporting/visualization)
Proven ability to:
- Independently turn meeting notes into high-quality user stories
- Support end-to-end Agile delivery
- Work across technical and business stakeholders
Digital experience required:
- Supporting launches/enhancements of customer-facing experiences
- Measuring success via CSAT/MSAT, adoption, growth, engagement
Preferred:
- Digital banking/channels/marketing analytics experience
- Exposure to customer acquisition, engagement, or retention initiatives
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
