We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise technology platforms within a regulated industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business objectives, challenges, and key drivers
• Analyze and synthesize information to identify root causes and define clear problem statements
• Translate high-level concepts into structured requirements and viable solution approaches
• Conduct end-to-end business analysis using established methodologies
• Perform gap analysis to define current and future state capabilities
• Develop and maintain documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business outcomes
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework as a senior member of the delivery team
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles
• Utilize tools such as Jira (or similar platforms) to manage requirements and track progress
• Build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor in translating business needs into technical solutions
• Lead workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Communicate effectively across varied audiences, including non-technical and technical teams
• Partner with quality teams to align testing strategies with defined requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and assist in resolving defects
• Develop process maps and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Recommend enhancements to workflows, tools, and operating procedures
