Our Client is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join their team . This client offers stellar benefits and a compensation package, health plan (individual and family), disability, generous bonus and profit-sharing program, 401k, PTO, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
- Partner with finance, legal, and external auditors
- Support international statutory and regulatory reporting
- Maintain financial reporting records across entities
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
- Help enhance reporting processes and tools
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2-4+ years of experience, including public accounting (audit preferred; Big 4 a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- CPA preferred (or in progress)
- Experience with SEC reporting strongly preferred
- Exposure to Workiva or large ERP systems a plus
