We are working directly with the Hiring Manager. This role supports fab operations by running, qualifying, and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture advanced semiconductor products. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven semiconductor professional seeking long-term growth in an advanced fab environment.
Responsibilities:
- Verify lot and tool status to ensure production readiness
- Run production lots and equipment qualifications
- Analyze qualification data and monitor process performance
- Execute out-of-control action plans (OCAPs) and process adjustments as directed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor equipment troubleshooting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fab environment
- Follow all safety procedures while working around sensitive equipment and hazardous chemicals
Requirements
- Associate degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience as a technician.
- Experience with different semiconductor tools is desired.
- Experience operating semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Experience:
- AMAT Endura, Centura, Producer, Mirra Mesa, Gasonics Ashers, KLA Metrology, Diffusion, Electroplating, or Clean tools
- Experience across multiple semiconductor disciplines such as any of the following: CMP, Photolithography, CVD, Film/Metal, Asher, Diffusion, Prober, Dispatch, etc.
