We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a highly visible engineering team responsible for core platform initiatives that enable a critical telematics application within the Property & Casualty business. This team operates within a high-impact authentication and platform environment and partners closely with Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver strategic business capabilities. This role will be instrumental in fostering Agile excellence, improving team effectiveness, and driving delivery outcomes within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can quickly establish credibility, leverage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and influence without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Agile planning activities, and team-level execution within a Scaled Agile framework
• Partner with Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery objectives, and dependencies
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement and predictable delivery
• Track and analyze Agile metrics, team performance indicators, and delivery trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that may impact team execution or delivery commitments
• Coach teams on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and Scaled Agile methodologies while adapting approaches to team and organizational needs
• Support program-level planning and coordination across multiple technical teams
• Encourage accountability, transparency, and ownership within the team while maintaining a servant leadership mindset
• Influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes without relying on positional authority
