Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum processes for a highly technical engineering team
• Partner with senior engineers, architects, and technical leaders to drive Agile delivery
• Support planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement efforts
• Remove impediments and help maintain team productivity
• Foster collaboration across infrastructure, platform engineering, and application development teams
• Assist with roadmap planning and delivery tracking
• Support modernization initiatives and cross-functional engineering efforts
