We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize financial processes, and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules
- Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO functionality, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Controlling
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and process improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to Finance and Accounting users
- Assist with SAP integrations, reporting, testing, and system enhancements
- Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on customizations
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- SAP certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar SAP Finance role
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost/Profit Center Accounting
- Understanding of financial accounting and month-end/year-end close processes
- Experience with SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
