We are looking for a strong SAP CRM Technical Consultant who has hands-on experience in CRM Web UI and is transitioning or has exposure to S/4HANA Service (L2O / Service Management).

Key Requirements :

– 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP CRM Technical.

– Strong expertise in :

a. CRM Web UI (GENIL / BOL / Component Workbench).

b. UI Enhancements & Custom Components.

c. ABAP (Reports, BADIs, Enhancements).

d. Exposure to S/4HANA CRM / S4 Service / S4CM.

– Experience in : .

a. Transaction Launcher, AET, UI Configuration.

b. Cross-component navigation / OCA.

c. Understanding of Service Business Process (L2O / Service Order) is a big plus.

– At least 1 end-to-end implementation or strong support project.

Good to Have :

– Exposure to Utilities / ISU domain.

– Experience working in S/4 transformation projects.

– Knowledge of integration (CPI / APIs / BTP) is an added advantage.
