The Sales Support Specialist is a key partner for Regional Account Executives and Sales Leaders, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations and customer engagement activities. This role is responsible for managing Salesforce, opportunities, generating accurate quotes, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and providing outstanding support to customers. As a central point of contact, the Sales Support Specialist contributes directly to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regional growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and clients in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Sales Support Specialists play a critical role in managing the daily operations of the sales process, maintaining accurate pipeline data, and helping ensure customer success.
Responsibilities:

Use Salesforce to manage opportunities, generate quotes, and process orders.

Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries to support timely deal progression.

Partner with Account Executives, vendors, and internal business units to support customer requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cyderes services, partner offerings, and industry resources.

Support forecasting accuracy through pipeline analysis and active participation in sales team calls.

Assist in coordinating and supporting regional marketing initiatives and events in partnership with vendors.

Work with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of contracts and orders.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance customer deliverables.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

2–4 years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Support, or operations role; IT or cybersecurity industry background preferred.

Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems required; Salesforce preferred.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online research/navigation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
