We are seeking a hardworking, and punctual individual to join their team. The ideal order processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for making sure that order workflow process is accurate before transmitting orders to the warehouse for fulfillment.

Duties include:
  • Entering customer orders into company software and/or EDI
  • Interaction with customers regarding their orders via phone and email
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Follow-up on customer shipments and tracking customer orders
  • Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
  • Obtaining truck quotes online or through brokers for LTL shipments
  • Prepare shipments for customer orders or warehouse transfers via UPS, FEDEX, USPS or LTL (may include labeling, creating packing slips and bill of ladings)
  • Assist other employees with administrative or clerical support
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strong work ethic
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook required, Microsoft Access a plus
  • Knowledge of EDI a plus
