Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize its billing and revenue operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in accounting, billing, and team management-especially within service-based or healthcare environments. This position is scheduled as hybrid with flexibility. Duties:
- Oversee daily revenue cycle operations including eligibility verification, billing, collections, and denial management
- Manage accounts receivable health and monthly revenue reporting
- Supervise and develop revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with accounting and service teams to ensure accurate records and customer support
- Utilize EHR and accounting systems to manage billing and reporting functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 10+ years of working experience
- 3+ years of experience in credit/collections
- 2+ years of management experience in accounting or accounts receivable (nonprofit experience preferred)
- Knowledgeable experience with General Accounting principles
- Familiarity with EHR systems and intermediate Excel skills required
