About the role:
- Overseeing a portfolio of approx. 130 residential properties
- Managing advertising, leasing, maintenance, inspections, arrears, and communication
- Building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Preparing leases, renewals, and ensuring full legislative compliance
- Coordinating advertising and open homes through portals
- Handling maintenance requests, quotes, and follow-up with attention to detail
- Completing routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
- Reporting portfolio performance and assisting colleagues when needed
About You:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
