Job Overview
Our clients seeking a Project Manager. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for the RTR workstream; Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance leadership, IT teams, and external partners to align on goals, dependencies, and deliverables
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success; Maintain a proactive escalation and resolution process
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including RTR subject matter experts, technical consultants, and change management leads
- Change Management: Support organizational readiness and adoption of new RTR processes, including training, communications, and transition planning
- Reporting & Governance: Provide regular updates to the PMO and executive steering committee; Maintain accurate documentation and status reports
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that RTR deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards, including testing and validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations prefered
- Deep understanding of RTR processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Consolidation
- Experience working in a PMO structure and managing large-scale ERP projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard workshops
