Our Client in need of a Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics
- Coordinate events, travel, expenses, and supplies
- Maintain distribution lists and communications
- Support admin initiatives and performance tracking
- Build reports, dashboards, and manage tools
- Organize Teams/files for easy access
- Plan team engagement, events, and programs
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and hiring
Requirements
- 2+ years in administrative or business support
- Proficient in MS Office, conferencing, collaboration, and project tools
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Responsive with strong relationship-building ability
- Professional with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving under pressure
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
