Our client currently looking for Project Billing Specialist
Duties:
- Project Billing Specialist will generate and audit invoices
- Enter vendor and subcontractor bills
- Prepare pre-billing reports
- Track receivables and support collections
- As a Project Billing Specialist, you will maintain ERP contract data and budgets
- Provide financial reports to project managers and clients
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years in billing/project accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple unique invoicing formats and requirements
- ERP system experience preferred and MS Office Suite
- A/E or construction industry experience a plus
