Our Client Currently looking for Project Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Conduct structured project governance and gate reviews to ensure compliance with PMO standards and required deliverables

• Assess and validate adherence to approved project management methodologies across the full project lifecycle

• Perform quality assurance checks on key project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, forecasts, and status reports

• Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance, identify gaps, support remediation, and contribute to PMO reporting and insights

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 1 year of project-related experience through work, internships, coursework, or volunteer leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, or Waterfall

• Exposure to PMO, IT project coordination, or tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or SharePoint
