Program Management Lead to support a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives within the alternative investment operations space. The primary focus will be overseeing a vendor migration and operating model transition program, while also supporting platform onboarding efforts, workflow implementations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance, execution, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Drive accountability, timelines, delivery momentum, and cross-functional collaboration
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates
- Support vendor migration execution, operational readiness, and future-state operating model implementation
- Coordinate workflow, onboarding, and operational enhancement initiatives across business, operations, and technology teams
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of program/project management experience
- Strong experience managing multiple interconnected transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to independently run programs and influence stakeholders
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience within financial services operations or alternative investments preferred
- Business analysis experience is a plus
