Skills Required

• Understanding of payment processing, including the four-party model and Mastercard’s role
• Experience taking ideas from inception through requirements, design, testing, implementation, and post-production monitoring
• Experience leading projects, including hosting calls, setting agendas, and documenting notes
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
• Experience working with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
• Active listening and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply critical thinking
• Ability to communicate and partner with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
