We are looking for a Principal – Data Analytics to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making across key business functions such as Sales, Vendor Management, Cloud, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role blends hands-on modeling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

– Translate complex business problems into structured analytical solutions

– Drive solution discovery and stakeholder discussions

– Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics workstreams

– Generate insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

– Build and deploy predictive and machine learning models

– Convert data insights into actionable business recommendations

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Required Skills :

– Strong experience in DataScience / AdvancedAnalytics (5+ years)

– Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

– Advanced SQL skills

– Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI)

– Hands-on with Visualization Tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Plotly Dash)

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have :

– Experience in Supply Chain / B2B / Distribution Analytics

– Knowledge of MLOps & model deployment

– Exposure to GenAI / LLM workflows / automation

Qualifications :

– Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Masters preferred)

– 8+ years of experience in Analytics / Data Science
