Our Client is seeking a Plant Accountant to join its finance team. This position offers broad exposure to plant accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and operational finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and analyze operational and financial variances
• Maintain accurate cost, production, and inventory data
• Assist with standard cost maintenance and inventory valuation processes
• Analyze manufacturing, labor, material, and overhead variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and plant cost control initiatives
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, collections, and vendor support
• Monitor cash flow metrics and working capital performance
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Partner with plant management and cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and support operational decision-making
