Our client currently looking for Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a payroll team 4 managing fortnightly payroll across Australia and NZ
  • Oversee payroll process of the team checking compliance and assisting with escalations
  • PAYG, superannuation, and tax obligations
  • Interpret and apply Awards/EBAs
  • Support system flow between SuccessFactors HRIS and UKG Pro
  • Drive automation and process improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in Payroll
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
  • Experience with UKG Pro and SuccessFactors HRIS would be advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
