Our client currently looking for Payroll Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a payroll team 4 managing fortnightly payroll across Australia and NZ
- Oversee payroll process of the team checking compliance and assisting with escalations
- PAYG, superannuation, and tax obligations
- Interpret and apply Awards/EBAs
- Support system flow between SuccessFactors HRIS and UKG Pro
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in Payroll
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- Experience with UKG Pro and SuccessFactors HRIS would be advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
