Our Client Currently looking for OT Cybersecurity Program Director

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end OT/ICS cybersecurity engagements from risk assessments and architecture reviews to programme delivery and managed services.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and operational leadership (CISOs, COOs, plant managers) at major Saudi and regional clients.
• Drive business development: originate, shape, and close deals across energy, utilities, chemicals, and critical infrastructure sectors in KSA.
• Define and execute   OT security go-to-market strategy for the Kingdom, in alignment with Vision 2030 priorities.
• Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary OT security team including Saudi nationals in line with Saudization objectives.
• Oversee OT/IT convergence security programs, including ICS network segmentation, secure remote access, and asset visibility initiatives.
• Contribute to Accenture’s global OT security practice sharing KSA insights and shaping global assets, methodologies, and offerings.

What you bring:

• 13+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 7 years focused on OT/ICS/SCADA environments (energy, utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing).
• Demonstrated experience working within a management consulting firm or professional services organisation, leading client-facing advisory and delivery engagements.
• Deep knowledge of OT security frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC standards, NCA ECC/OT-CCC regulations (KSA context strongly preferred).
• Proven experience leading large-scale OT security programs risk assessments, architecture, SOC integration, incident response.
• Track record of client-facing leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels within complex organizations.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems vendors: Honeywell, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, ABB, Emerson.
• Relevant certifications: GICSP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent OT/ICS security credentials.
• Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred; strong English communication skills essential.
