Our client currently looking for Origination Manager
Responsibilities
- Raisin is expanding its US team and seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Associate to support our efforts in growing our network of bank partners,
- As an individual contributor, you will be instrumental in helping bring new banks onto the Raisin platform,
- Working closely with our experienced US team, you will contribute across various stages of the sales cycle- from research and prospecting to supporting negotiations and onboarding processes,
- Leverage your existing bank and credit union network to originate new leads,
- Identify and reach out to potential new banking partners across the U.S,
- Lead sales calls and meetings to help communicate Raisin’s value proposition,
- Manage the onboarding projects of new partners to ensure a smooth experience,
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends relevant to bank funding and digital banking innovation,
- Maintain full ownership of your outreach efforts and sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are properly followed up and documented,
- Represent Raisin at conferences and travel to meet with prospective clients when appropriate,
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
