Our client currently looking for Operations Manager
About the Role
- Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs and projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
- Schedule work and prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership
- Manage technician runs and support both field and office teams
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, equipment ordering, and resource management
- Lead toolbox meetings and provide ongoing team guidance and support
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- Proven background in an operations or coordination role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Repair Coordinator)
- Industry experience in insurance, trades, or restoration is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within South Australia
