Our client currently looking for Operations Manager

About the Role

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs and projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
  • Schedule work and prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership
  • Manage technician runs and support both field and office teams
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, equipment ordering, and resource management
  • Lead toolbox meetings and provide ongoing team guidance and support
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • Proven background in an operations or coordination role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Repair Coordinator)
  • Industry experience in insurance, trades, or restoration is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within South Australia
