Our Client Currently looking for Operations Analyst
- Develop, implement, and support aviation systems and data requirements
- Perform data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and ongoing dataset maintenance
- Ensure accurate, reliable dashboards and reporting for national, site, and client stakeholders
- Provide regular performance, delivery, and capability risk reporting to senior management
- Support the review and improvement of internal processes and workflows to enhance compliance and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with IT and internal stakeholders to prioritise and deliver aviation data initiatives
- Support system and process rollouts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue documentation, and post‑implementation support
- Provide subject matter expertise on aviation data and systems and represent Aviation in relevant systems and governance forums
- Support system administration activities including user access, workspace management, and data governance controls
- Promote best practice, service quality initiatives, and continuous improvement across Aviation
- Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing responsibilities in line with ISS OHS requirements
About You
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Power Automate
- Exposure to Power BI and Power Query for data preparation and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement
