Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and extensive experience with back office systems such as ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, or OpenInvoice. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project is essential. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively support our back office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects supporting back office systems, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, and OpenInvoice
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to organize and track project progress
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Communicate project status, progress, and concerns to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Proven experience working with back office systems such as ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, or OpenInvoice
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
