Our client currently looking for Office Manager / Practice Manager – Professional Services

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise the receptionist and administrative team, mentoring junior staff and creating a cohesive team culture across the business
  • Oversee trust accounting and finance reporting
  • Support billing and audit preparation, and provide back-up assistance to accounts
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development
  • Set and monitor KPIs, billables, and file reviews to drive performance
  • Enforce internal policy and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Assist with marketing initiatives alongside the existing marketing resource
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including office supplies, facilities, and administration
  • Develop and maintain precedents and policies to improve efficiency and compliance

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager / Practice Manager in professional services firm (ideally 5+ years)
  • Understanding of Trust Accounting – Advantageous
  • Confident in setting KPIs, managing people performance, and reviewing file procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Payroll experience beneficial but not essential
  • A proactive, solutions-focused Manager and the ability to enforce policy where needed
