As the Office Manager, you’ll become the backbone of the business, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and providing essential support to the leadership team. Working in a small, collaborative office, you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of processes and play a key part in the company’s ongoing success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations and procedures
- Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team
- Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and office coordination
- Assist with project documentation, compliance requirements, and reporting
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and contractors with professionalism and care
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement new systems as the company grows
