Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise LAN, WAN, Internet, and telecom infrastructure.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical design recommendations for network and telecom enhancements.
- Implement infrastructure projects, upgrades, and major network changes.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security across the organization.
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
- Support telephone systems, VoIP services, and telecom infrastructure.
- Coordinate with telecom providers, ISPs, vendors, and service partners.
- Define and maintain network standards, procedures, and security policies.
- Manage network backup, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot network and telecom incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Support 24×7 operational requirements and critical infrastructure environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in network and telecommunications administration within a corporate environment.
