Our client currently looking for Monitoring & Oversight Analyst
Responsibilities
- The Monitoring and Oversight Analyst position will be responsible for performing regulatory testing to ensure products and processes for applicable clients are following applicable laws and regulations
- Complete regulatory testing in accordance with the bank’s approved compliance management system (CMS)
- Perform periodic reviews in accordance with the prescribed schedule assigned by management
- Report testing results; track, log and record all testing results, management responses and Monitoring and Oversight responses, if applicable
- Work with the business line to address issues identified, root cause and appropriate corrective action measures to mitigate risk
- Develop close working relationships with internal and external business partners by promptly responding to questions, concerns, and remedial items
- Plan, organize and prioritize assigned reviews to ensure deliverables meet departmental standards
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes, supervisory and industry trends
- Collaboration with Compliance and Audit teams on results, findings and remediation efforts
