We are seeking a Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate across marketing workstreams, product, and technology teams
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track program progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution
- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations
- Maintain program documentation and reporting frameworks
- Support process optimization and marketing operations excellence
Requirements:
- 5-7 years program/project management experience in fast-paced marketing or technology environments
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desirable
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
- Knowledge of marketing processes and workflows
- Risk identification and mitigation capability
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Vendor relationship management experience
- Background in financial services or regulated industries beneficial, global reach ideal
- Ability to implement and maintain program governance and tracking frameworks
