Our Client Currently looking for Manager – Finance Controllership

What We Expect From You

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and transactions
• Prepare  an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Drive quarterly statutory financial reporting and financials results as per  guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage and mentor 2-3 team members.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, financial regulations and policies.
• Analyze financial data, trends and performance to provide meaningful insights and recommendation
• Review accounting for borrowings, investments and loans.
• RBI return filings and ad hoc information sharing with  when required
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
• Preparation of data and information for audit/board meetings
• Understand, evaluate and propose accounting policies for new products/constructs.
• Lead process improvements, automation and system enhancements
• Drive projects for public debt and equity issuances
