Our Client is adding a Leasing Agent to its Leasing team. This role offers exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, including transaction execution, financial analysis, tenant relations, and portfolio reporting. Responsibilities:

• Support negotiation and execution of LOIs, leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Prepare proposals, approval memos, summaries, and transaction packages
• Coordinate lender approvals, estoppels, and SNDAs
• Maintain accurate lease data in VTS, MRI, and internal systems
• Perform lease analyses (NPV, breakeven, commissions, comparisons) and review tenant financials to assess credit risk
• Maintain reporting on expirations, rent rolls, market comps, exclusives, and performance metrics
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and leasing strategy
• Manage listings on various platforms
• Support marketing materials, presentations, and leasing packages
• Partner with brokers on exclusives and campaigns
• Assist with tours and outreach
• Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams (Leasing, Property Management, Construction, Legal, Finance, Marketing
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate property access
• Process leasing-related invoices and commissions
• Coordinate meetings and site visits
• Maintain organized files and prepare internal reports
• Work with architects and consultants to update plans and verify square footage
