Our Client is looking for an experienced Windows Administrator (L3) to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure environments for global clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP management, troubleshooting, automation, and virtualization technologies.

Role Details :

– Experience : 7-10 Years

– Location : Gurugram (Work from Office / Hybrid)

– Shift : Night Shift (9 :00 PM – 6 :00 AM IST)

– Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

– Manage and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)

– Perform server patching, upgrades, security hardening, and system maintenance

– Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and NTP services

– Handle DHCP migration, replication, FSMO roles, and AD recovery operations

– Troubleshoot complex AD, DNS zone, replication, and Sites/Subnets issues

– Perform L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

– Manage VMware/Hyper-V environments, clustering, and high availability setups

– Monitor server performance, backups, system health, and capacity utilization

– Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting

– Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams while ensuring SLA compliance

– Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports

Required Skills :

– FSMO Roles, AD Replication, Rollback & Recovery

– VMware/Hyper-V Administration

Preferred :

– Experience in enterprise/datacentre environments

– Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery operations

– Exposure to virtualization and infrastructure monitoring tools

– Microsoft Certifications preferred

Candidate Profile :

– Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

– Ability to independently manage critical production environments

– Comfortable working in night shifts

– Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

– Proactive, ownership-driven, and team-oriented mindset
