Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and join a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a residential property portfolio, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit condition reports in line with Victorian legislation.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, and arrears management.
- Provide advice on rental market trends and legislative compliance.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, including safety checks (e.g. smoke alarms, gas/electrical).
- Build strong landlord relationships with regular property performance updates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and support a positive culture.
About You:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Hold a current Police Check, or be willing to obtain one
